Title: Climate change, heat and health

Description: During this presentation, we will overview climate change and urban cpntorbutiosn to rising temperatures, the direct and indirect connections of climate to human health outcomes, review heat-health attribution studies, and methods used to project heat impacts to health in a changing climate.

Learning objectives: At the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

    1. Explain the processes of climate change and urban heat as they relate to rising temperatures and exposures.
    2. Interpret climate attribution studies related to heat and health.
    3. Understand the process and purpose of climate change projections and apply to heat-health outcomes.
