If your doctor has prescribed an exam in non-invasive medical electrophysiology, nuclear medicine, medical imaging (radiology), or cardiac ultrasound, you can contact the Scheduling Centre (514-376-3330, extension 2520) to get a date and time for an exam.

If you don't have a medical prescription, you must first get one from your treating physician.

  • Your last and first name
  • Your date of birth
  • The last and first name of your mother
  • Your health insurance number
  • Your full address
  • Your phone number

Consultation requests are assessed by a cardiologist. Patients whose conditions require particular attention are contacted as soon as possible.
